Looking for a new place to call home? :)

I am renting out a large and fully furnished room with balcony in a very bright apartment in Zurich Witikon. (Bus nr 31 stops in front of the building). 3 people in total would be living here. The room is limited until 31.03.2027 with a possibility to be extended further.

The room is spacious and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, night table, desk and chair. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet, Serafe) are included. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included.

Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, toaster, waterboiler, and dishwasher.

Zurich main train station is less than 20 minutes away and public transport runs from 5 am to close to 1 am during the week.

The cellar has a washing machine and tumbler without the need to schedule it.

Everything is done with a contract! I use the standard template form from the canton of Zurich.
