We are Josh (28) and Michelle (33) and are looking for a new roommate between 26-37 for our shared apartment from October 1st.
The apartment

We are not a utility-oriented shared apartment and wish for someone who appreciates communal living. Chatting on the balcony, laughing a lot, going out for a drink together, or maybe even doing sports together is just as important to us as mutual respect for privacy. Friends and family are always welcome, at the same time, the apartment should remain a retreat for everyone.
We like it clean and tidy, but we haven't created a fixed cleaning schedule yet. Everyone pitches in where needed. That works very well for us. We are flexible, though.
Two honest points about the apartment: due to its location on the 6th floor, it gets quite warm in the summer (a fan is definitely helpful), and the passing trains are audible. However, you'll be rewarded with plenty of light and a great view.
Michelle is often on the road with her camper on weekends, either hiking or climbing. Then you'll have the apartment to yourself sometimes.
