I am looking for a sympathetic roommate for my cozy 4-room apartment in the village. The apartment is about 15-20 minutes from the city by bike or bus. The hospital is about 8 minutes away by car. Next to the apartment is a Volg, so you can quickly get everything you need for daily use on foot. Parking spaces can be rented separately if needed; additionally, garages are available for rent directly across the street or next door. The free room is about 20 m², nicely large. The apartment has a total of four rooms. I use two smaller rooms myself, while the kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared. The apartment is already partially furnished, but I am open to rearranging or further furnishing it together. About me: I am a rather quiet and uncomplicated person and appreciate it when you feel comfortable in the apartment and consider each other. Cleanliness and order are very important to me. In my free time, I like to be relaxed and active: I often ride my bike to work, go swimming or to the gym, like to read, and also like to meet for a coffee in the city. I would be happy to have a roommate who is about the same age (around 24-34 years) and also looking for a relaxed and pleasant living together. It is important to me that we get along well and like to do something together, but of course, also have our own free space. Perspective: There is possibly the opportunity that I will move out in about 11.5 years and you could take over the entire apartment.
