Since I am often away from home for work and private reasons and am only rarely at home, you will enjoy significantly more privacy here than in a classic shared apartment and will have the apartment practically to yourself for a large part of the time.
The 14 m² large bedroom is already equipped with a 160-cm bed and a large wardrobe and can be moved into directly.
A special plus: you have your own small bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink for sole use. The washing machine and dryer are also located directly in the bathroom.
The entire apartment is 80 m² in size, modern, and high-quality equipped. The open kitchen, dining, and living room, and balcony can of course be shared.
