• Yes, it's not cheap. But you can't live more centrally in Zurich.
• Within 4 minutes you're at Zurich's main station. The 25 hours Hotel on Langstrasse is also within reach.

You live in a modern 3.5-room apartment (87m2) that meets all your needs:

• Open kitchen with urban views
• The living area is furnished with designer furniture
• The kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal, including a grill on the balcony. Only the Thermomix is missing
• You have your own en-suite bathroom including a bathtub
• Washing machine and dryer in the apartment

Attention: as beautiful as the urban view is, you can still hear the trains.
If you're very sensitive to noise, the room is probably not for you.

I don't want to live in a shared apartment permanently, which is why the rental period is limited. And at the end of November, I need the entire apartment for my 40th birthday party. We can be flexible about this, in case you find your dream apartment earlier than planned or your stay in the city comes to an end.
