The room is
already furnished, all furniture will remain in the room as shown in the picture. I will empty the drawers and closets.
It's rather small but nice. It's very quiet, even with the window open.

3 people who also found each other quite randomly through an online shared apartment platform :)
W/33, M/29, and I M/23. All employed and fully engaged in life ;)
Codeword for the first line in the message to us: Sonntagszopf. Everyone pursues their hobbies and usually cooks and buys groceries for themselves. But there are also some conversations and evenings together, so it's a mix between a functional shared apartment and a social one.

The household is managed together (no external cleaning lady :D), the living together is relatively quiet, no parties until the early morning hours, no pets (except for a dog that W/33 occasionally takes care of). Everyone speaks fluent dialect, German, and English. W/33 also speaks okayish French.

Since I'm going abroad for 3 months in the spring, my room is available for that time and I'd like to sublet it to someone who needs it.
