I am subletting my spacious 3.5-room apartment in Zürich.
I am from Zürich, 38 years old, live in the Grisons, and come to Zürich every other weekend (from Fri.-Sun. or Sat.-Sun.). For this reason, I would like to sublet the apartment as a kind of shared flat, where I will partially use one room. You are free to use this room as you like, e.g., as an office or dressing room - I only need a sleeping possibility (e.g., a sofa bed or a narrow bed) for my weekend visits. The rest of the time, you will have the entire apartment at your disposal.
The apartment is currently unfurnished. You are very welcome to bring your own furniture. Alternatively, I can take care of the furnishing after consultation.
The apartment is located on the Hönggerberg and impresses with its spacious floor plan, two balconies, a great view, and its direct proximity to the forest and the ETH. Shopping facilities are within a 10-minute walk.
A viewing is possible upon request. If you have any questions or need further information, please don't hesitate to contact me.
