From September 1st, a furnished shared room in a high-quality apartment on Dufourstrasse, 8008 Zurich, will be offered for subletting on a temporary basis. The apartment is located in an absolute top location in the Zürcher Seefeld / Riesbach, just a few steps from the lake.
The room is approximately 15 m² in size and part of a modern, approximately 101 m² large apartment with underfloor heating, private laundry tower, basement compartment, and optional underground parking space.
The living room, kitchen, balcony, and bathroom can be used freely, as well as the bathtub in the second bathroom if needed. The apartment is high-end equipped, including a Philips Hue lighting system, 77-inch LG TV with sound system, and Dyson devices. A Dreame vacuum robot, which also mops, is available for the floors, keeping the cleaning effort pleasantly small.
Important info: The apartment is a cat household, so a person who feels comfortable with cats is being sought. The apartment is always very clean and well-maintained, despite being a cat household, without typical pet odors.

The shared apartment will be offered temporarily until June 2027, as my partner will be abroad during this time.
