I am leaving my beautiful apartment on the 4th floor and looking for a tenant as of 1 October, as I am moving to the ground floor with a garden.

- Dogs are allowed, we were the only ones in the house so far, many small and large walks in front of the door

- Lively neighborhood with school, park, kindergarten, Bach area, etc. within walking distance
- 10 minutes walk to Migi, 5/7 minutes drive to the highway, large forest rounds in 10 minutes on foot

Note: Intermediate floor, 10 steps to/from the elevator. A lot of blue zone but no guest parking. Administration: Immocenter AG in Wil

Selling/leaving behind: dryer/tumbler, sofa, bed, guest bed, possibly also ceiling lights (apartment comes with lighting in hallway and kitchen) - can be discussed.
