I'm subletting my cozy, fully furnished apartment near Albisriederplatz in Zurich, available from September 14th, and I'd love for someone to enjoy it as much as I have. The sublet will run until the end of March 2027. I'm subletting because I'll be off traveling during this period, and I want to leave the place in good hands.

It has 3 rooms, 2 spacious bedrooms and one bright, generous living room, perfect for relaxing or hosting friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to cook up your favorite meals, and there's a complete bathroom too. My favorite spot, though, is the balcony: it catches sun all day long, ideal for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

And the location is hard to beat. You're just 2 minutes on foot from tram lines 2 and 3, and bus lines 33, 72, and 83, with Hardbrücke train station only 5 minutes away by bus. Both a Coop and a Migros are less than 5 minutes away, and the post office is just around the corner too. Beyond the everyday essentials, you'll find theaters, restaurants, bars, and several lovely parks all within walking distance, so there's always something nearby.

Everything is fully furnished and ready to move in, no shopping trips or setup needed, just bring your suitcase and settle in. The monthly price is 3025 chf. It includes all costs (rent, electricity, internet, tv, heating, etc.).
