The room is 15 m2 in size, with a generous height of 2.6m and is located in a 3-room apartment on the ground floor. The room has a built-in wardrobe, a bed, a desk with a chair, and a parquet floor.
The living room and balcony are available for shared use (kitchen and bathroom, of course, too). I myself occasionally use the living room (very rarely) for home office (which would also be available to you). The WLAN can also be used.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood near the Aare.

About me
I am 45 years old, an industrial engineer, and work as a project engineer for renewable energy systems in the power industry during the day. In the evenings and on weekends, I am mostly at home or out and about in the city. I would describe myself as sociable and humorous, who also likes to sit down for a nice conversation with a beer or a glass of wine.
