The room is approximately 9 m2 in size (2.93m x 3.05m), faces the inner courtyard, and receives morning sunlight.
The room is also partially furnished, as shown in the pictures.
The shared apartment is located in Unterstrass/Kreis, near the Milchbuck station and the Irchel Campus, offering a city-near location (3km to the main station) without being directly in the city center, while also being close to the Käferberg and nature.

Tram and bus stops are 4 minutes away on foot. The tram runs with 4 different lines every 8 minutes during the day.
It takes about 15 minutes to get to the main station, and about 20-25 minutes to the airport, with tram line 10 passing through.

The surrounding area features various supermarkets (the nearest one is 4 minutes away), drugstores, different doctors and pharmacies, as well as some restaurants.
I have been working in auditing for 5 years and enjoy doing different things, from visiting various events/restaurants/bars/nightlife spots, to playing a bit of sports (soccer, golf, basketball), and exploring the area.

I will only be partially present and also on vacation in Vietnam from time to time.
The apartment also has a 1 Gigabit internet connection.
The apartment also has a living room that we can all use.

Parking spaces are available near the apartment (resident parking).
