In addition to the rent, costs of approximately CHF 80 per month will be incurred for internet, Serafe, electricity, and cleaning of the shared areas. A parking space can be rented separately if needed.

We Are Looking For
Since we are all working professionals and are often on the go during the week, we are not a party-oriented shared flat. It would be great if your daily routine is similar. We are looking for an open-minded person between the mid-20s and mid-30s who values order, is a non-smoker, and is willing to actively participate in shared flat life. We Are

• Max (30): Currently a doctoral student at ETH, likes to travel and spend time with friends.
• Yanick (29): Sports scientist, sports enthusiast, and loves being outdoors. In the summer, he can be found on the beach volleyball court or on his bike, and in the winter, he enjoys ski touring or snowboarding. He also values game nights and time with friends.
• Lisa (27): Studied geography, likes running and cycling. She will be moving into the shared flat in a few weeks.
