Having decided to leave everything behind and start a new big adventure 🦋, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease (lease takeover) soon, and I'll be leaving as much furniture as possible (resale). I've occupied the apartment for over 5 years, it was new when I arrived, and it still looks like it. I've taken great care of it and decorated it with taste. It's extremely clean, organized, and airy.

Its location is ideal, in the countryside 🌳🏡, no vis-à-vis, southwest facing, with a magnificent unobstructed view. It's a 2.5-room apartment with a balcony. It also has a washing machine and a dryer, a large storage room, a shoe closet 👠 in the external corridor in front of the entrance door, as well as a large basement and a parking space in the underground parking lot.

It's located on the 2nd floor, in a building with 10 apartments, twin with another identical building next door, under the attic (but very bright ☀️). The environment is very calm 🧘🏻♀️.
