The "Klingeli" is part of Kleinbasel like the square in front of it. Directly on Klingental-Platz, just a few minutes' walk from the Rhine, the well-known gastronomic area is being re-rented. The ownership wishes for it to be used as a restaurant again. Whether a classic neighborhood pub or a new concept: as long as the Klingeli is alive. The rental property spans three levels. On the ground floor, there is a restaurant area with approximately 108 m² and a bar zone, as well as a kitchen area with warm and cold kitchen and washing facilities. On the 1st floor, there are office, staff, and storage rooms, as well as a bathroom with a shower. In the basement, there is a beer cellar, wine cellar, cooling and deep-freeze cell, additional storage rooms, and guest toilet facilities. Depending on the seating concept, up to around 100 guests can be accommodated inside.

In addition, there is the shared boulevard area on Klingental-Platz: high season from spring to autumn, and for those who want to, it can also be used during Carnival or Advent. The corresponding public space permits are obtained by the tenant, and the fees are not included in the rent.

The conditions are deliberately partnership-based: revenue-based rent of 7.5% with a base rent of CHF 7,500.00 per month, plus additional costs. The rent only increases with your success. And to ensure a successful start, a rent-free start-up period is planned, the duration of which we will agree on jointly depending on the concept and move-in date.
