We rent a furnished 1-room apartment in a farm house in 3303 Jegenstorf from October 1st or by agreement. The rent is CHF 750.- incl. utilities
The apartment is furnished and is perfect for students or weekly commuters (single person or couple).
On the upper floor is the living room with a water bed, sofa, wardrobe & desk. On the lower floor is a kitchenette and the bathroom.
Our farm is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the forest and yet so central that you can reach the city of Bern by train within 20 minutes or as a student of HAFL quickly in Zollikofen. The Jegenstorf train station can be reached by bike in about 7 minutes.
The apartment is located on an agricultural farm with horse keeping, so a neighing horse or a running tractor should not disturb you.
A rent reduction would be possible in exchange for help in the horse stable. It would be the ideal case for us if the future tenant had an interest in taking over a stable service (approx. 2 hours) from time to time on the weekend.
