For rent is a furnished room (15.2 m2) with balcony access.

The charming, bright and furnished 4-room apartment is on the 3rd floor (no need to worry, there is an elevator) and is located in an exclusive, quiet and extremely well-connected location in Seefeld. The location is exceptionally good because Migros, Coop, Post, pharmacy, the "Höschgasse" stop and the lake are all within a five-minute walk. It's also practical that the bathroom and toilet are separate.

Monthly rent: CHF 1150.-

Additional costs:

• Fiber optic internet (monthly: CHF 29.10)
• EWZ electricity (effective costs divided by two. Experience has shown that the annual costs are around CHF 340.- per person)
• Serafe TV fees (annual: CHF 182.50)

Rent deposit: CHF 2'300.- (to be paid before the start of the rental)

Furnishing: The room is already fully furnished. You can see the furnishing from the photos.

Move-in date: As soon as possible, by mutual agreement.
