The upper level is accessible via a multi-step staircase and has two bedrooms, a bathroom (without toilet), and a separate toilet. The upper terrace can be reached through the right-hand room. The kitchen offers good comfort, the equipment of the bathroom and toilet is simple and functional. The floor coverings are parquet (cherry wood) stone slabs in the living room and laminate in the rooms. There is also a wardrobe and some built-in closets in the apartment. The apartment includes a lockable cellar and the laundry room is shared with the apartment on the upper floor.
The heat generation for the heating is done by wood (pellets) and the distribution is done through radiators. The heat generation for hot water is done by a central electric boiler.
The apartment includes a lockable garage in the associated parking hall, which can be rented for CHF 150.00 per month. Currently, there is no charging station for e-cars. However, there is a bike room for shared use. In the building, there are some visitor parking spaces and on General Guisan Strasse, there are blue zone parking spaces.
