We're looking for a clean, kind flatmate to take over the largest bedroom in our shared flat, in a prime neighbourhood of Zurich: Europaallee neighbourhood. Just a 4-minute walk to the main train station, with everything you need on your doorstep.

The place
3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat shared between three working professionals. The room on offer is the largest of the three. One bathroom is shared between you and Julia. We've put care into making this a genuinely nice home to live high-quality appliances and furniture throughout and we look after it well. Dyson vacuum, steamer, oven, wine fridge, dryer, washing machine, top contemporary and vintage designer furniture included. Dog in picture not included, he was a temporary visitor :)

Who we are
We're two working professionals who value a clean, neat home and enjoy living together this is a proper shared home, not just a way to split the rent. We'd love to find someone who feels the same: tidy, considerate, and someone who'll appreciate the company, space & take good care of it.
Meet your flatmates

• Julia, 31 main tenant, patent lawyer, triathlete and passionate baker. Originally from Berlin, with a PhD from ETH.
• Justus 26 ZKB trainee with a background in real estate and a master's from Oxford.
• We're social & like to spend time with each but we also respect each other's me time. Our home is set-up well to host friends :)

The numbers

• Rent: 1500 CHF/month, excluding extras (approx 75 (est. max. 125 CHF p. month)
• Extras: internet, electricity, household & liability insurances, Serafe
• Deposit: each flatmate holds a 4400 CHF share in our deposit account. You'll receive written confirmation of your share.

Furniture (must be taken with the room)
I'm selling my furniture for the room for a fraction of the new price 1500 CHF. It includes two PAX wardrobes, a mirror wardrobe, a mirror, a bed and mattress, blankets, pillows, bed sheets, curtains, towels and a printer. It's yours to keep or resell as you like. So you only need your own clothes to move in!

What we're looking for
Someone looking to stay at least 12 months (the longer the better!). Ideally an unlimited arrangement with a two-month notice period we're hoping to find someone who wants to settle in and make this home.
