• Application process: First, a short video chat is conducted and then the 2-3 most interested parties are invited personally

The room is approximately 20 m² in size, has just been newly furnished (2x2m box spring bed, 2.5m wardrobe etc.). All missing desired furniture will be paid for by me.

There are:
- underfloor heating - 10 GB glass fiber internet - beautiful and quiet new building apartment - large balcony - 2 bathrooms - private laundry room with dryer and washing machine - dishwasher
- all costs included: - cleaning lady, electricity, internet, TV/radio, insurance and a furniture allowance (new furniture for 30,000 Fr.), deposit: 2400 Fr.)

• Partners who come more often are no problem. - Pets possible with application - 10 minutes to Zurich main station (tram 11)
• 4 minutes to Oerlikon station
• Man or woman is equal.

We are three: I, Slavko, have traveled far (6 languages, e.g. 1.5 years in Latin America), am very versatile, like to chat about God and the world, psychology, society, human development etc., do (ball) sports and fitness, sometimes eat or drink (go) or stream something for relaxation, first studied international management and worked for 2 years, but recently switched to "social" ( economics teacher).
