The apartment convinces with its classic old-building charm. The standard of construction is somewhat older, but in return, you get a lot of space and a cozy living atmosphere. And yes, in winter, the heating system occasionally reports with a knocking sound. Old building, after all.

The Oerlikon train station in Zurich is just a few meters away. Whether commuting, going out, or shopping - everything is practically at your doorstep. Restaurants, cafes, bars, take-aways, supermarkets, as well as an excellent connection to local and long-distance public transport are easily accessible on foot.

Rent
Approx. CHF 1,900 per month, including:

Rental period

• Available from October or November (by arrangement)
• Subletting contract

Who I'm looking for
The apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple who appreciate a well-maintained apartment and will behave during the rental period as if it were their own.
To ensure that the rental process is uncomplicated for both parties, you should bring the following:

• Have been living in Switzerland for at least 2 years (no new arrivals)
• Debt collection register extract (at least 2 years) without entries
• Solid financial situation
• Valid private liability insurance (mandatory)
• No pets allowed
• Reliability, care, and respectful interaction with the apartment and neighbors

Rental deposit
A rental deposit account at the Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) will be opened. The deposit amounts to two gross monthly rents and remains in your name until the apartment is returned in proper condition.
