I am renting out my apartment for about a month (approx. August 15th to September 18th) in Hottingen
The apartment offers:
* One bedroom
* A cozy living room
* A fully equipped kitchen
* A rooftop terrace for relaxation
During this time, a good friend of my family will be occupying the second room. However, he will only be in Zurich from Tuesday evening to Friday and therefore will not be in the apartment most of the time. It would be a quiet, respectful living situation.
Since the apartment is very close to my heart, I am looking for a reliable, careful, and responsible person who will treat the living space accordingly.
If you are interested, I look forward to a short message with some information about yourself, for example: Who are you? What do you do professionally or are you a student?
The rent is CHF 1900 for the entire period. The deposit is CHF 1500 and will, of course, be fully refunded after proper return.
