We are renting out our beautiful 3.5-room apartment in Zurich Höngg for sublet from 01.10.2026 to 31.01.2027 (possibly a few more weeks in February). This is because we are going on a trip.

• Currently, the apartment is used by us as a couple, but it is also ideal for alone or as a shared apartment. We have a second 160cm bed with a mattress that can be placed in the large room if needed. Also, one of the two closets can be moved to the small room if desired.
• The tram stop Zwielplatz is located right in front of the house door. This means you can reach Zurich HB in 20 minutes without changing trains. The bus stop Meierhofplatz can also be reached in 2 minutes on foot. This bus takes you directly to ETH, Oerlikon, or Altstetten.
• Shopping possibilities (Migros, Coop, and Denner, etc.) can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
• The washing machine and dryer are located in the apartment.
• We do not have a TV or WLAN.
• The kitchen is modernly equipped with a dishwasher and an oven with microwave function.
• The balcony is large and faces the green area. The grill can be used freely.
• The Werdinseli on the Limmat is located 5 minutes away on foot.
• Rent deposit: 2 months' rent.
