What to expect
- Stylish living: A bright, charming loft on the top floor, fully furnished and ready to move in. (Laundry room must be shared with another party)
- Digital, but mindful: Fast working and streaming thanks to fiber optic connection. A TV was deliberately omitted - perfect for a real digital detox.
- Pet-friendly: A well-behaved, well-groomed dog or a velvet paw are welcome to move in (the apartment already has a chip cat flap).
We rent this wellness oasis to an animal-loving, nature-connected, and peace-seeking individual. Since the loft is located on a small horse farm, we want someone with a genuine affinity for horses.
This includes the willingness to do some small farm work:
- Collecting horse droppings from time to time (probably about 2 times a week - maybe also on a Saturday evening)
- Checking on things in case of an emergency (providing hay/water, keeping the stall tidy)
- In winter: Regular snow shoveling as a free fitness program right in front of the door
- For those who want more meaningful leisure activities: There's always something to do on the farm!
- Rent: CHF 1,780.00 per month
- Included: Heating, water, and a private parking space (PP)
- Excluded: Direct electricity consumption and internet subscription
- Duration: Limited to 6 months - your notice period would be 2 months to the end of each week, in case you want to move on again.
