I'm looking for a flatmate to share a 3.5-room apartment (approx. 90 m²) in Seefeld, Zurich.

• The apartment is spacious, full of natural light, and located in an unbeatable area.
• Location highlights:
• 1minute from Hoschgasse tram stop
• 3-minute walk to Lake Zurich and the Chinese Garden
• Coop, Migros, cafés, a pharmacy, and everything you need just around the corner

Shared spaces include:

• A spacious and cozy living room
• A sunny balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening aperitif
• A bathroom with plenty of storage
• Laundry room and private cellar compartment

I'm taking over the apartment, so we'll have the opportunity to make it feel like home together. The shared areas are already furnished and fully functional, while still leaving plenty of room to add our own personal touch.
I'm looking for someone who values a clean, tidy, and respectful living environment and who will treat the apartment with care.
A 3-month rental deposit is required.
About your future flatmate
I'm 35 and work in finance. I usually work from home one day a week and travel for business for around two weeks every four months.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, going to the gym, travelling, hiking, attending concerts, and spending time outdoors. I appreciate having a friendly relationship with my flatmatesharing a coffee, cooking together occasionally, or enjoying an aperitif on the balconywhile also respecting each other's privacy, routines, and personal space.
My goal is to create a home that's relaxed, welcoming, and comfortable, rather than simply sharing an apartment.
