Wir vermieten ab sofort oder nach Absprache ein grosses und sehr helles Zimmer in Zuerich (Zone 110). Es ist ein ruhiger Ort fuer dich, aber du bist trotzdem schnell in der Stadt und am Bahnhof Oerlikon.

Das bietet das Zimmer:

• Viel Tageslicht: Das Zimmer hat sehr grosse Fenster und Balkontueren. Dadurch kommt den ganzen Tag viel Licht herein und es wirkt sehr gemuetlich.
• Eigener Balkon: Du hast direkt aus deinem Zimmer Zugang zu einem eigenen Balkon. Dort ist Platz fuer einen Tisch und Stuehle, und du kannst den Blick ins Gruene geniessen.
• Komplett moebliert: Du kannst direkt einziehen, denn alles ist schon da. Das grosse Zimmer bietet:

Wichtig zu erwähnen ist, dass das Zimmer nur bis Ende Januar verfügbar ist, da das Gebäude renoviert wird.

We are renting out a large and very bright room in Zurich (Zone 110), available immediately or by agreement. It is a quiet place just for you, but still very close to the city and Oerlikon train station.

Key Features:

• Lots of Natural Light: The room has very large windows and balcony doors. This lets in a lot of light all day and makes the room feel very cozy.
• Private Balcony: You can step right out of your room onto your own balcony. There is space for a table and chairs, and you have a nice view of the trees.
• Fully Furnished: You can move in right away because everything you need is already there. The large room includes:
• A comfortable double bed.
• A sitting area with a sofa, a small table, and a rug.
• A bright workspace with a large desk and an office chair right next to the window.
• A very large closet with sliding mirror doors for all your clothes.
• Nice wall shelves.

You will share these rooms with others in the apartment:

• A well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space, a microwave, a stove, and a small dining table.
• A bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a toilet.

Location:

The apartment is in Zone 110, very close to the center of Oerlikon. Trains, buses, supermarkets, and restaurants are all an easy walk away.

It is important to mention that the room is available until the end of January, as the building will undergo renovations.
