Hi everyone!

We're looking for someone to join our 4-person WG for a 6-month sublet, as I'll be away from 1 October 2026 until the end of March 2027.

The room is fully furnished and will be rented for the entire 6-month period. It's perfect for someone looking for a comfortable, move-in-ready home without the hassle of buying furniture.

The apartment has a lovely balcony to enjoy some fresh air or your morning coffee. We also have two bathrooms (one full bathroom with a shower and one separate toilet), which makes sharing the apartment very convenient. There is also plenty of additional storage space if you need it.

You'll be living with Stephanie, Renata, and Alessio, who are all in their late 20s to early 30s and are working professionals.

We're an international WG with an open-minded and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone has their own routines during the week, but we genuinely enjoy spending time together whenever our schedules align. Whether it's cooking dinner together, having a drink on the balcony, challenging each other to a game of pool, or heading to the gym next door, there's a great balance between having your own space and feeling at home with your flatmates.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is between 25 and 35 years old.
• Is already working.
• Is a non-smoker.
• Is respectful, tidy, and enjoys a friendly, relaxed shared living environment.
