Rent period and conditions
At least 6 months, up to one year possible. Notice period 3 months to the end of a month (except December), analogous to the main rental agreement. The apartment is designed for one person; pets only after prior agreement.

Rent deposit: 2 months' rent, to be paid into a tenant deposit account.
The subletting is approved by the administration and ends in any case with the main rental agreement.
