The loft room is located in our house in a beautiful, quiet environment in the center of the village of Grandvaux (Bourg-en-Lavaux), located in Lavaux, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can enjoy a magnificent view a few meters from the house. We live here with 2 adults, my son and I, Hélène, 20 and 52 years old.

The room is available from September 5, 2026

The loft room is about 45m2 and in duplex. It's almost a studio but there is no access to water.

-It is fully equipped as follows:

• Sleeping area on the mezzanine (a new railing will be installed)

• Living room with Google TV Streamer

• Office area

• Kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle, induction hob / Attention: there is no access to water in the room.

• Router and Ethernet connection

• Iron and ironing board, clothes rack

The following areas are shared with the family:

• Bathroom and toilet

• Laundry room

• Large, equipped kitchen

• Balcony and terrace

There is a public parking lot 50m away (possibility to rent a space or buy an annual subscription from the municipality).

The Grandvaux and Cully train stations are 15 minutes away on foot. A post bus (which reaches the train stations) passes by several times a day.

Net rent (all inclusive): CHF 1280 per month.

The rent includes:

• Water, electricity, heating

• Internet

• Laundry room (washing machine & dryer)

• Vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils

• Cleaning products

• Serafe tax

• ECA

Animals are not allowed.

Sought profile:

We are looking for a student or a young, non-smoking, respectful person who appreciates the common areas and prefers a quiet environment.

Conditions:

Lease for at least 1 year with a notice period of 3 months

Deposit: three months' rent

A complete dossier will be requested (identity document, proof of income, recent extract from the debt collection office, liability insurance, etc.).
