Great location: Gütsch bus stop: literally 2 minutes' walk (right outside the building!) Luzern Bahnhof: around 15 minutes on foot (or just a few minutes by bus) ALDI: approx. 5 minutes' walk Migros: approx. 57 minutes' walk Close to the city centre, the Reuss river and Gütsch.
The apartment includes: Private washing machine & dryer Modern kitchen with dishwasher Cellar/storage room
I'm also looking for someone who would be interested in taking over some of my furniture and household items. Everything is in excellent condition, and I'm happy to discuss which items you'd like to keep and agree on a fair price.
