I'm Vivienne, 28, and I'm founding a shared flat with a slightly different idea.

I wish for a place that reminds me of Villa Kunterbunt colorful, creative, free and full of life. A community, where every person can be who they are, and where mutual respect, openness and mindful interaction with each other are a matter of course.

The house has a 650 m² large garden, of which 110 m² of arable land can be used actively. I wish that we design and fill this place with life together. Whether growing vegetables and harvesting together, camping in our own garden, yoga or meditation under the open sky, sports, small events, art, music or creative construction projects - the garden offers space for ideas and joint creation with 1000 possibilities.

Self-sufficiency is also a topic that I find exciting. Not with the claim of living completely autonomously, but together trying out how we can live more sustainably and consciously - from the vegetable bed to joint cooking or other projects.

Additionally, there are several fruit trees on the property, including apple, cherry, mirabelle, plum and walnut trees, which can also be cultivated and harvested by the inhabitants. This offers the property a rare opportunity to live close to nature, harvest fresh food directly in front of the door and live a sustainable lifestyle in a communal shared flat.

After arrangement, the barn can also be used for various purposes - for example as storage space, for creative projects or as a hobby room.

A special extra: directly opposite are the mini cows of the owner, which look forward to a visit and can be stroked - a charming detail that perfectly complements the rural living experience.

For people with a car, three garage parking spaces are available. These can be rented for CHF 130 per month per garage space if needed.

It's important to me that the shared flat doesn't just become a community of purpose. Joint activities are welcome, but not a must. Every person should have their own retreat and at the same time be part of a community where you support each other and enjoy spending time together.

About me:
I am very sensitive, sporty, creatively gifted, versatile, very nature-connected, animal-loving, trained in design and fashion, and as an industrial business administrator with professional experience in many different industries.
I photograph independently. I'm interested in alternative living concepts.
I love implementing new ideas and bringing people together. I currently work 80% as an all-rounder/business strategy talent in Tagelswangen. I like to create things.

My landlord has registered his own use for my room, which is why I have to move out by September 30, 2026, at the latest, to Dietlikon (also a 6-person shared flat in a modernized farmhouse). I was able to gain a lot of experience there and gather the strength to become the driving force for the shared flat. In Human Design, I am a Generator personality.
