In our shared apartment, a nice room will be available from September 1, 2026.

The house is scheduled to be demolished in the future, so it's not yet certain how long we can stay. As of today, our lease runs until the end of January, and we assume we can stay a bit longer.

The room is approximately 18 m² in size and features beautiful wooden parquet flooring, a wooden ceiling, two large windows, and a chimney that can be used in winter, creating a particularly cozy atmosphere.

You would be living in a large house with seven flatmates. Most of them are alternative, creative, relaxed, and open-minded. There's usually someone around, but the house is so big that you can decide whether you want to spend time with others or have some peace and quiet. Additionally, a cat and a small dog live with us in the house.

The living room, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, several toilets, a garage, a workshop, a winter garden, and a large garden with a lounge are shared.

The rent includes all utilities and the contribution to the shared apartment fund for common expenses like trash bags, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and some basic food items.
