Quiet flatmate sought
From the end of September, a room will be available in my 3-room apartment.
I am 33 years old, work in gardening and lead a rather quiet, regulated life. From November, I will also start further training. Therefore, I will be studying a lot at home and wish for a quiet and pleasant living atmosphere.
I am looking for an uncomplicated flatmate who is also employed, treats the apartment with respect, and leads a rather quiet life.
What to expect:
Your own room (furnished or unfurnished)
The existing furniture can be taken over free of charge from the current flatmate if desired.
Shared use of living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
Costs:
Rent: CHF 889.50 per month
In addition, there are the usual ancillary costs, which are shared, such as heating costs, electricity, and Serafe (TV and radio fees).
