I'm Miro and I'm looking for a roommate for my beautiful apartment on Mittelstrasse 18. I'm 33, I love hiking and cycling, I enjoy game nights and cooking Italian and Asian cuisine. I'm also politically active in the SP Biel and clearly left-wing (anti-capitalist). I like to read political literature. I'm often on the road, meeting friends, and sometimes I invite people over. I also enjoy playing badminton and table tennis.

The 3.5 room apartment is spacious and very nice. It has a large balcony with a grill. The room I'm subletting is the larger of the two bedrooms and has its own balcony and wardrobes. The room is 17 square meters large. The rent includes everything, Serafe fees, electricity, ancillary costs, and net rent. I currently live in the smaller room (12 square meters). I'm open to swapping rooms, in which case the rent would be only 740 francs.

I'm looking for someone who also values a certain level of cleanliness and isn't completely disorganized (I'm not super picky, but I like to live comfortably). I'm also open to people who only need a room for a few nights a week in Biel. In that case, I'm willing to charge less.
