  • Living room: Spacious, with a long balcony overlooking the green courtyard.
  • Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and a second small service balcony.
  • Additional features: Bathroom, second bedroom, and a very spacious basement storage unit (Keller).
About Us
We are two guys from Italy:

  • Me (29): Architect working in Zurich (I'm leaving the room for a while, which is why I'm subletting it!).
  • Luca (30): PhD student in Biology at UZH.
We both keep our own work routines and schedules, but we enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere at home: cooking together when it happens, having a chat, or hanging out over the weekend.
