We are renting our cozy and quietly located 4-room old building apartment in the St. Galler Lachenquartier for a limited time from November 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. There is some flexibility in the exact rental period; move-in would be possible as early as the end of October if needed.

The apartment is rented fully furnished and is suitable for one person, a couple, or a shared apartment. Currently, it has one bedroom, one living room, one office, one dressing room, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a pantry, one bathroom, and a separate toilet, as well as a spacious private seating area. The living room and/or office can be used as additional bedrooms if needed for shared apartment use.

The laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available for free use.

The apartment is located in the Lachenquartier in St. Gallen, directly next to the Kreuzbleiche (park/sports facility). A bus stop and various shopping options (Migros, Denner) are in the immediate vicinity. The University of Applied Sciences St. Gallen, the train station, and the old town can be reached by public transportation within 5 minutes and on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes.
