For rent is a approximately 20 sqm large room with adjacent walk-in closet (approximately 5 sqm) in a large apartment (180 sqm) over two floors with a garden. There are also two covered terraces (front and back), a fireplace in the living room, a sauna including a diving pool, a functional tile stove in the study, underfloor heating, and a fully equipped kitchen, beamer, own washing machine and dryer, which you are allowed to use. The room is temporarily available for rent for half a year.

We, Lennart (40 years old), Henrike (32), and dog Kobold (12) have been living in this apartment for a good year and simply have a room left over, which is only used as a guest room. Therefore, we would like to rent it out to an uncomplicated person. Unfortunately, other pets like dogs or cats are not possible.

Lennart works as a physiotherapist and is happy after work to tinker in the garden and regenerate. Henrike works as a school psychologist and is also happy when it's rather quiet during the week. On weekends, we like to have visitors or go out, preferably with bikes or hiking. Often, there are also house and garden work to be done on weekends or currently also further training.

The location of the apartment is very quiet, in a small side street of the old village center of Volketswil, but directly next to the regularly ringing church. By bus (directly around the corner) or bike, you can reach the Schwerzenbach train station in 10 minutes and from there the main train station in 15 minutes. A Prima is also located in the direct neighborhood, as well as various shopping centers and shopping facilities in the town.
