We, a helpful mechanic aged 60, a shy specialist in care aged 34, a friendly nurse aged 56, and an open-hearted HPWS teacher aged 55, with 1 quiet and well-behaved dog and 3 curious alpacas, 9 chickens with a rooster, share solidarily, along with full infrastructure, a large park-garden (with a pond, party shelter, outdoor chimney and barbecue area, lounge, summer table group, workshop and herb garden) and a kitchen, two bathrooms, winter garden, entrance hall, laundry room, and natural cellar. We are looking for a non-smoking, animal-loving, social, uncomplicated, and not night-active flatmate. Unfortunately, due to social services-related reasons, we cannot consider social welfare recipients. We are not a purpose-built shared apartment, nor a pension; shared leisure time, meals, cooking... should always be voluntary and self-responsible. We live 3 minutes' walk from the forest/Aare Uttigwelle and the train station (S1 line Thun-Bern). One room, priced at Fr 770, including ancillary costs, will likely be available from September 1st, possibly already in August. The other room, priced at Fr 830, including ancillary costs, will be available from November 1st. Both rooms are furnished and can be partially or fully emptied upon request.
