I am renting a room on the upper floor of a house, in a shared accommodation of three people, in a peaceful and rejuvenating environment.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs.
The house has a beautiful south-facing garden, offering a bright setting, as well as the possibility of creating your own vegetable garden.
The shared accommodation currently consists of a woman in her fifties and a man in his thirties. We particularly appreciate tranquility, respect for each other's space, and a convivial atmosphere, where shared moments occur naturally.
I am looking for an autonomous, respectful person with a rather peaceful lifestyle, ideally a non-smoker.
I work on site in a dedicated space and receive clients part-time. However, the life in the house remains calm and respectful.
A second bathroom/WC is available, ensuring comfort and independence.
This rental is suitable for both a person working part-time and a person seeking a stable home in a serene setting.
Two cats live on the premises (no other pets).
Rent: CHF 1250.- per month, including utilities, electricity, and cleaning and maintenance of the garden.
