We are a quiet couple (32 and 40 years old) and are looking for an uncomplicated, responsible, and non-smoking person or a quiet couple as a roommate, subtenant.
For sole use:

• two bright rooms (approx. 50 m²)
• a large bathroom
• a separate toilet
• a private cellar compartment

The kitchen and dining room are available for shared use. We ourselves live on the upper floor of the maisonette apartment.

On the floor plan, your private areas are green and the commonly used areas are orange.
The apartment offers:

• Spacious living area: Two bright rooms with a total of approx. 50 m². One of the rooms has direct access to the balcony.
• Private bathroom: Spacious bathroom with a large shower and enough space for additional furniture, e.g. a wardrobe.
• Separate toilet: Directly next to the bathroom.
• Private cellar compartment
• Garage: Can be rented by agreement with the administration.

For shared use:

• Kitchen (own refrigerator must be brought along)
• Dining room
• Laundry room
• Bicycle cellar

Rent CHF 1,083 per month including:

• Heating and ancillary costs, deposit
• Electricity, deposit
• TV & Internet
• Serafe, proportionally

Location:
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and in a house with a total of only four rental parties. Weinfelden train station is about 15 minutes' walk away and offers a good connection to the region.
