Since I will be abroad from the end of October to around March/April, I am looking for a reliable person to take over my two shared flat rooms for this period.
The two furnished rooms are each approximately 13 m² in size and are located in a spacious shared flat with three other flatmates. The apartment is in a prime location in the Vordere Vorstadt, in the middle of Aarau's old town. The train station, shopping opportunities, restaurants, and cafes are within walking distance in a few minutes.
What to expect
CHF 630 per month for both rooms together, including utilities and monthly cleaning of communal areas.
