The room is located in our house, situated in a beautiful, quiet environment in the center of the village of Grandvaux (Bourg-en-Lavaux), located in Lavaux, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can enjoy a magnificent view just a few meters from the house. We live here with two adults, my son and I, Hélène, respectively 20 and 52 years old.
The room is available from September 5, 2026
The room is approximately 45m2, in a duplex. It's almost a studio but there's no access to water.
It's fully equipped with:
- Sleeping area on the mezzanine (a new railing will be installed)
- Living area with Google TV Streamer
- Office area
- Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, induction hob / Note: There's no access to water in the room.
- Iron and ironing board, clothes rack
- Router and Ethernet connection
The following areas are shared with the family:
- Bathroom and toilet
- Laundry room
- Large, equipped kitchen
- Balcony and terrace
There's a public parking lot 50m away (possibility to rent a space or buy an annual parking permit from the municipality).
The CFF train stations in Grandvaux and Cully are a 15-minute walk away. And a post bus (allowing you to reach the CFF train stations) passes by several times a day.
Net rent: 1350 CHF per month.
