In our cozy 3-person shared apartment in the Matthäusquartier, a room will be available from August 15th and we are looking for someone who would like to become a part of our shared apartment life until the end of October.
Room
Your room is approximately 10 m² in size, bright, and optionally furnished (bed and wardrobe would be available). The room will be rented until the end of October.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has a large attic with plenty of light and space. We have a spacious kitchen with a balcony, dishwasher, and washing machine, a bathroom with a shower bath, and as the heart of our shared apartment, a large living and working room under the roof, where we like to spend time.
Location
The apartment is located in the Matthäusquartier, just a few minutes from the Rhine. Directly opposite is the Gelateria di Berna. Tram and bus are quickly accessible, and shopping facilities, cafes, and bars are just around the corner.
About us
We are Christian and Hannah.
Christian is 24, studying architecture, and is currently doing an internship in a Basel architectural firm. In his free time, he does sports and likes to travel.
Hannah is 25 and has just completed her master's degree in architecture. She is interested in design and creative projects, but also likes to spend time by the Rhine or with friends.
It's important to us that the shared apartment is not just a functional shared apartment. We like to sit together on the balcony or go to the Rhine for a drink after work. At the same time, we find it just as important that each person has their own space and can withdraw at any time.
The apartment is a retreat and a feel-good place for us, which is why we value a relaxed togetherness as well as order and cleanliness. We are looking forward to someone who sees it similarly and is eager to help shape the shared apartment life.
Rent
The rent is 1050 CHF including utilities.
