We're looking for a new roommate for our great 4.5-room apartment on the 7th floor.

The room is 13.3 m2 with a balcony. There's enough space for a large bed, a table, a dresser,... and you also have a large closet (dressing room) of 86x50x200cm in the hallway right in front of your room. The apartment and the basement are very large, so there's enough space to store a few other things if you need to. You'll share one of the two bathrooms in the apartment with Clara.

• bus stop 50m away with a bus every 4 minutes to the train station
• 12 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by bike to the train station

• parking spaces in the underground garage for rent (160.-/month)
• costs for the shared apartment approx. 110.- (electricity, internet, Serafe fee, cleaning 1x / 2 weeks)

Pierre-Antoine has been living in the shared apartment for 2 years. He's from Fribourg, 33 years old, works as a civil engineer, is open-minded, not complicated and has had good experiences with shared apartments for 10 years. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor sports (skiing, climbing, cycling, kitesurfing,...), music and spending time with friends. Clara also lives there, she's 27 years old, works as a doctor at HFR and also enjoys outdoor sports: cycling, ski mountaineering, climbing.. and especially spending time with friends!

What we appreciate in a shared apartment is spontaneity, respect and understanding for others, cleanliness and quiet when necessary.
