We are looking for a tidy and reliable person for our beautiful, spacious apartment from August 1st.
The room is approximately 12 m² and has a nice view. The apartment has a lot of space and 2 WCs. The washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and can be reached directly by elevator. The living room and balcony will be cozily furnished by us, so you don't have to worry about it. (The pictures are not up to date.)
Location: Very good and quiet location. Coop, Migros, Post, etc. within 5-10 minutes walking distance. You can reach the city center in 10-15 minutes.
Rent: 860 CHF net (all inclusive)
Deposit: 3 months' rent (2,400 CHF)
About us:
We are 35 and 27 years old, like it tidy and clean, and occasionally play board games or simply chill on the balcony. We are not a party shared apartment and respect the other tenants.
Age is not a big issue, but you should be somewhat mature and ideally have some shared apartment experience. It's essential for us that you are really tidy and that cleanliness is not a foreign word to you, so you also occasionally grab the vacuum cleaner or mop the floor without being asked. We all work together to keep the apartment clean and well-maintained.
Of course, it's also important that we get along personally - we think that's best determined at our first meeting, if cleanliness and a relaxed atmosphere are just as important to you.
