I am looking for a flatmate for my beautiful, modern 3.5-room apartment in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood in the trendy Albisrieden, with great public transport connections.
What to expect:
14 m² bright room (partially furnished with bed, nightstand, and wardrobe, curtains, lamp, if desired)
Kitchen, 2 bathrooms including shower and bathtub, and living room for shared use
Sunny balcony with space for chilling and grilling
Own laundry tower (bye bye laundry room fight!)
Floor heating and Minergie standard
Wi-Fi, TV, furniture, kitchen appliances, fitness equipment: everything can be used
Rent: CHF 1150 per month (+180 CHF utilities)
Move-in: by arrangement
Who I'm looking for:
A quiet, friendly person who doesn't need WG parties
Non-smoker
And the most important thing: vegan at home
I live vegan and would like to please avoid animal products in our shared kitchen or fridge. What you do in your room is entirely up to you, but the kitchen should remain an animal-friendly haven.
I myself am quiet, reliable, sporty, and also enjoy occasional exchange over a coffee or while cooking. If a friendship even develops, all the better.
