From 16.11.2026 or 01.12.2026, I am renting my room in 3 people WG. For a period of 3-4 months (Return dates possible are 01.03.2027 or 16.03.2027).

The best thing about this apartment is its location, about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from Bahnof hardbrucke, and Hardplatz.

The room is furnished with a really comfortable box spring bed, a nice work chair, small work table, a humidifier, extra lamps for lighting, an Ikea shelf is to be installed, a cloth hanger,

Regarding your roommates, there is 1 person who is a 35 years old Male Italian engineer and works in a building automation company nearby. The third room is still vacant. We are looking for a clean, tidy person ideally between the ages of 25 - 45 of any gender. It is essential the person is quiet and relaxed when indoors and inside the apartment.

Smoking inside the room is not allowed. You shouldn't be into drugs. And ideally you consume alcohol in moderation.

To get the room you have to provide one of the following:

-- Proof of residence permit + proof of income + no debt certification. + 2000 CHF deposit.

OR

-- Proof of residence permit + entire rent upfront + 1500 CHF deposit.
