Description
From September 1st, two rooms will be available in our apartment (move-in is possible earlier or later by arrangement).
Our shared apartment is located directly at Messeplatz Basel, just a 3-minute walk away, and tram and bus stops are practically right in front of the door.
So far, one person has rented both rooms and is now moving out. It is open whether we will rent the two rooms separately or together.
About the apartment:
160 m² large, renovated old building apartment on two floors
The two free rooms are located on the upper floor, where the living room is also located
3 bathrooms (including a bathtub on the upper floor)
Rooms are unfurnished, the rest of the apartment is fully equipped
Large living room with sofa, TV, and two dining tables
Free washing machine & dryer
Non-smoking shared apartment
Unlimited rental contract
CHF 670 per room
Who we are:
We are Lara (24), Marek (21), and Romina (21).
Lara is our travel mouse, studies marketing, and saves TikTok recipes, but never cooks them.
Romina works, is on the road, sleeps, or eats and drinks something Italian and regularly shows you Italian bangers that you MUST hear.
Marek studies law and is our adult dictionary. He brings a lot of energy to the shared apartment, just like regular friends for game nights.
We are all on the road a lot, but still appreciate the shared apartment life. Therefore, we don't want anyone who is just looking for a purpose-built shared apartment. We want the shared apartment to feel like home and not just consist of closed bedroom doors.
We are preferably looking for one or two people up to about 27 years old who are not just looking for a room for a few months, but want to stay longer. If you think you would fit in well with us, we look forward to your message. Let us know who you are, what you do, and also send us your IG.
