Hello (future) roommate

Are you looking for a large, bright room and that in the middle of the city of Lucerne, right next to the train station? Then you're in the right place with us! We have a room available in our renovated 5.5-room apartment. The move-in date is immediate or by arrangement.

The room for rent is very spacious with 16m2. The large window front consists of new windows, so you can sleep without noise emissions despite the central location. Additionally, the apartment has a spacious entrance area, a new, large kitchen that can be closed with a door and adjoins a loggia. We also have a cozy and nearly 30m2 spacious living room with a balcony, large window front, and elevated stucco ceilings. The shared apartment has two almost identical bathrooms, both equipped with a toilet, shower, sink, and radiator, and have a window with daylight.

We are looking for:
To complete our 4-person shared apartment, we are looking for a sympathetic, open, and reliable person (male or female) who is between 25 and 35 years old. Fluent German is preferred.

We are:
We, Manu, Beverly, and Ramon, are professionals and between 27 and 32 years old. We all come from the canton of Lucerne and got to know each other through this shared apartment.
