I am offering to take over the current lease for a spacious, clean, and quiet 4-room apartment in the peaceful and secure Rue Moillebeau street with a garage, together with two people.
Lease starts on November 1st, entry before this date is negotiable as the landlord wants to be released as soon as possible.
I am looking for an autonomous, calm, employed, and respectful person who respects the life of the apartment and the neighborhood.
Two cats already live in the apartment, and good understanding with animals is desired.
The rent is less than this amount and will be fairly divided, after confirmation from the administration and division of costs in equal parts.
The garage costs 180.- per month. I use it, but can release it if needed for a vehicle.
